• Business Travel Centers (BTCs) - a range of highly-efficient service center-style configurations based in a CWT location, including:
  • National BTCs - located in major cities around the world,
  • Near-Shore BTCs - located in cost-optimized locations,
  • Regional BTCs - maximizing consistency, standard processes, and service consolidation for multiple geographies within the region, and
  • Online Fulfillment Centers - providing the most cost-efficient configuration for fulfillment of your online transactions, and the support to assist your travelers in driving online adoption.
