Service Requirements
Ensuring that your specific needs are met

Carlson Wagonlit Travel works with its clients to define the desired service requirements of the various stakeholders within their company.
Many clients have organizations that are made up of more than one travel constituency - whether they are departments, employee types, or business units. These different groups may have different travel needs; and CWT can create the appropriate service configuration to ensure that the overall program meets their business objectives for travel.
CWT works closely with its clients to help determine the service requirements of the various constituencies within the client’s organization to provide the optimum experience. For some employees, access to automated tools like online booking, CWT Portrait, or the CWT Portal may be the key to helping their travelers be most productive. For others, VIP services and dedicated on-site staff may be required to provide high-touch service requested by executives. Travel management personnel may have basic requirements for their entire base of travelers that includes emergency services, access to the CWT and/or their own preferred hotel program, and mobile traveler services.Globally consistent service standards

To ensure customer service standards are met and each piece of traveler feedback is captured, CWT Resolve, the global Web-based customer service application is being deployed throughout the CWT global network. This powerful tool captures, monitors, and reports on interactions for use in supplier negotiations, improvements in training, and to improve the travel experience CWT provides.
A thorough understanding of a client’s service requirements is a critical factor for a successful implementation. Regardless of what a client’s service requirements are, CWT assists in identifying them and is flexible enough to deliver the precise combination of services to ensure success of the travel program.
